Seniors Real Estate Specialistsî

The Senior Advantage Real Estate Councilî, "SAREC", was created several years ago to assist qualified REALTORSî wanting to meet the special needs and concerns of our maturing population when buying or selling residential or investment properties. SAREC offers a specific designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, "SRESî", to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
